Confession: today is the first day we have done tummy time since Coop's decompression surgery. Did I mention surgery was 2 weeks ago?
Oh well. Well struggle with tummy time. Cooper's huge head makes things hard. He basically just gives up and is content just having his face smashed in the floor. I've tried cool mats, mirrors, books, on my tummy. He doesn't care.
We make a group event out of tummy time. At least the dogs love that I sit down on their level.
It's frustrating to see other kids Cooper's age meeting major milestones, and here we are past 3 months and zero head control. But I know that with Cooper's achondroplasia this is just the first of many delayed milestones he will face.
Big Head = Big Brain ...right?
